A big well done from the BID team to Mo Osman, Manager – Security & Customer Services, Queens Square Shopping Centre on winning the Site Manager of the year award at West Grove Annual Awards. Also a massive congratulations to the Queens Square team on winning their 6th star for customer service excellence.
